Over the past 20 years of establishment and development, Karofi has continuously evolved with a spirit of innovation, commitment, and a customer-centric approach. In celebration of the Karofi's 20th Anniversary establishment, the series of activities "20 Years - The Flow of Water" has officially launched, providing playgrounds and experiences for Ka family to connect, share, and create memorable milestones on the journey of turning 20.

1. SOCCER TOURNAMENT: KAROFI SUPER CUP 2026
The 20th anniversary celebration will officially heat up with the Karofi Super Cup 2026 - where the players of Nhà Ká will gather, compete, and give their all on the field.
Not only does the tournament bring exciting matches, but it also serves as an opportunity for the members of Ka Family to connect, interact, and spread the spirit of teamwork.

2. CHANGE AVATAR FRAME KAROFI 20
Let's change the avatar frame to celebrate Karofi's 20th Anniversary and spread the mark of the 20th year of the Karofi family.

3. FLASHMOB DANCE COMPETITION: TOGETHER IN RHYTHM
“Together in Rhythm” is a playground for all members of the Karofi family to dance cover to the music of “Dream of the Blue Ocean” (Uoc mo dai duong xanh) in the 20th-anniversary version (the organizing committee will post a tutorial video), spreading a youthful spirit, unity, and the festive of the Ka Family birthday celebration.

👯 Format: Team competition, with a minimum of 5 members per team. Each member can only participate in 1 team; members can be combined from different departments/units.
🎬 How to participate?
1. Registration: The team representative registers via the link at the top of the website

🎬 Video submission requirements:
- Use the correct music provided by the organizers, with the correct duration of the music provided (The official sample music and video will be announced by the organizers soon!)
- Encourage wearing Karofi uniforms
- Have to post the video in the internal group
- Not violating traditional customs, not offensive, violent, or discriminatory
🏆 Scoring method
- 60%: Jury Panel
- 40%: Interaction in the group
Criteria: Correct movements – uniformity – energy – creativity (formation, staging ideas...)

A Million Steps Together – Sharing Love from the Heart
“20 Million Steps” is a running event aimed at celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Corporation.
In particular, during this activity, each step taken by Karofi's members will contribute 50 VND to the Happiness Fund, which will be converted into financial resources to support employees in special circumstances and to implement charitable activities, sharing with the community.
👥 Participants: All members of Karofi Group.
⭐ Phase 1: Accumulation (From 20/08 - 04/09)
a. Participation Guide
- Group registration: Minimum of 10 members per group
- Sau khi đăng ký, mỗi thành viên sử dụng tài khoản Strava cá nhân và tham gia Club Strava theo đường link BTC cung cấp cho Nhóm trưởng.
b. Implementation Guidelines
- Thành viên thực hiện chạy bộ hoặc đi bộ hằng ngày và ghi nhận kết quả trên Strava.
- Hoạt động hợp lệ gồm chạy bộ/đi bộ (Run/Walk), được Strava ghi nhận tự động bằng GPS.
- Không chấp nhận các hoạt động được nhập thủ công (Manual Entry).
Lưu ý: Khi ghi nhận hoạt động chạy/đi bộ, thành viên cần để chế độ xem "Mọi người" để Strava có thể ghi nhận và tổng hợp thành tích của nhóm.
- Cập nhật bảng xếp hạng: BTC sẽ cập nhật kết quả tại BXH chạy tích lũy
- Kiểm soát gian lận: BTC có quyền kiểm tra và loại bỏ các kết quả có dấu hiệu bất thường, không hợp lệ (ví dụ: tốc độ di chuyển không phù hợp với hoạt động chạy/đi bộ).
c. Cách xếp hạng
Thứ hạng của các nhóm được xác định dựa trên số km trung bình/người trong toàn bộ thời gian tham gia.
Công thức: Thành tích trung bình nhóm = Tổng số km của nhóm ÷ Tổng số thành viên trong nhóm.
d. Collective Award
- Top 10 individuals with the highest accumulated kilometers in the first 5 days: 500,000 VND/group
- Top 3 groups with the highest accumulated kilometers: 1,000,000 VND/group
⭐ Phase 2: Official Running Competition (09/08/2026)
Continuing the journey of accumulation, the official run will take place as part of the 20th anniversary celebration, featuring three distances: 3 km - 10 km - 20 km, for all members of the Ka family.
Individual achievements are calculated independently for evaluation and award purposes.

What do you understand about Karofi's products? How can you tell the story of these product in a creative and engaging way?
“My Favorite Product” is a playground for Ka's members to explore the product in depth while freely creating content and spreading the values that the Karofi product brings.

🎬 How to participate?
1. Registration: Members register via the link and receive the standard product documentation from the organizing committee.
2. Creativity: Shoot a video introducing any product of the Corporation: water purifier, air conditioner, household appliances... (The list of products will be sent after registration)
3. Contest: Post a video in the group "Gia Đình Ká Rô Phi" following the template:

6. 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF TOURISM INTEGRATION CELEBRATION
Marking a special 20-year milestone, the extended Karofi family from North to South will come together for the 20th Anniversary Celebration – The Flow of Water, taking place from September 7–9, 2026.
An explosive music festival with special guests and many memorable moments is waiting for Karofi, promising to bring many unforgettable emotions!
